The summer of love, surfing in the sun, hanging out on the beach —
all typical of the US West Coast in the 1960s. And the soundtrack to this
was often happy close harmony singing from the likes of the Beach Boys,
Mamas and Papas, Byrds, The Turtles and others.
This is a chance to learn some of these great songs, all chosen carefully and arranged for voice only. Come and lose yourself in gorgeous sunny harmonies and sing your cares away.
The course is open to anyone, whether you just sing in the bath, or perform regularly with your local choir. All songs will be taught by ear, so no need to read music. No previous experience is necessary, just bring your vocal cords and your enthusiasm.
